About the Presenters:  

Laura Estes is an Executive Director on the Fifth Third Financial Risk Management team. With over 20 years of experience in banking, Laura’s experience includes such big hitters as Federal Reserve Bank of New York, BMO Capital Markets, and JPMorgan Chase.  

Karl Riley II is a leader in Business Baking at Fifth Third Financial. Karl has an extensive background in commercial and business banking with over 10 years of financial industry experience. Prior to joining Fifth Third, Karl served as a Business Banking Officer and through his consistent customer-focused work ethic, has been recognized as a resource, leader and connector in the community. As a Small Business Community Lender for Fifth Third Bank, Karl partners with business owners to identify all of their financial needs.

Bob Kassal is a Restaurant Operations Consultant at US Foods. Bob has over 45 years in the food and beverage industry. His expertise ranges from Category Management to Operations Consulting.
