About the Presenters:
Jenni Sheldon is a Marketing Manager at UPS. She has been with UPS for over 22 years, with experience in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Customer Experience and Marketing. Over the years at UPS, Jenni has worked with a variety of shippers including start-ups, small businesses, healthcare, and ecommerce. She has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.
Karley Daudell is a partnerships manager at ShipBob, a global omnifulfillment platform that fulfills ecommerce orders for small and midsize brands. In her 5 years with the company, she previously oversaw all of ShipBob’s integration and technology partners and is now managing the agency partnership program.
Anna Dawson is the Team lead at SpotOn and is based here in Chicago. She takes great pride in her work, as she is passionate about helping small business owners achieve their dreams in all industries including e-comm, retail, beauty, food and beverage and other verticals.
