Open to the Public
The Hatchery’s curriculum is designed to address topics relevant to early-stage food & beverage business entrepreneurs, as well as changing trends and regulatory matters in the food industry.
We host Monthly Networking and Speaker Series Events where you can meet fellow entrepreneurs, members of our community, service providers, and food system enthusiasts!
Cornerstone course Starting a Food Business is held monthly, and is the recommended seminar for anyone interested in launching their own food business.
Subjects also covered in our curriculum include Legal & Regulatory, Finance & Tax, Culinary Arts & Food Science, Operations & HR, Branding, Marketing, & Public Relations, and Sales, Commerce, & Distribution.

Access to Financing
Entrepreneurs have access to financing in the form of networking events and our partner Allies for Community Business. While many financing opportunities are open to the public, members receive even more opportunities and introductions.
Consulting
The Hatchery provides one-on-one consulting. Our members receive a discounted rate. Rates are as follows:
Pre-Revenue up to $50,000 in revenue
Hatchery Member $40/hour
Non-member $60/hour
$100,000 – $1M in revenue
Hatchery Member $60/hour
Non-member $80/hour
