About Speakers: 

Tim Mustafa serves as the Executive Director of Business Development of Global Brand and Export Development, a minority-owned and B-Corp certified food brokerage company committed to innovation and success in retail and marketing. With over 10 years of experience in the natural and specialty retail sectors. Tim has played a key role in launching over 3,000 brands across more than 60 countries and has significantly contributed to developing distributor partnerships globally. Notably, he has led KeHE’s international sales efforts, further enhancing his expertise in global market expansion. Tim’s deep understanding of strategic market positioning and distributor relationships enables him to guide brands through successful market entries and drive substantial growth. His expertise ensures impactful results and sustainable success on a global scale. 

 Lynda Glass, Is a Category manager at KeHE Distributors. Lynda has over 25 years of CPG experience in sales, category management and data analytics. She has worked with a wide range of brands, from confections to shaving, developing strategies that boost sales and distribution. Currently Lynda manages the brand portfolio of Authentic Hispanic, Mexican, Kosher, Caribbean Canned Meat and Seafood. Lynda is a graduate of Michigan State University with a BS in Merchandising Management. Lynda is a lifelong learner, innately curious and avid photographer, traveler and cyclist.
