About the Presenters:
Chef Jill Houk has been with ofi for five years, starting as research and development chef for our Spices ingredient platform. She is now responsible for leading the culinary team in creation of gold standard recipes ofi’s customers. Prior to ofi, she ran a consulting business in which she created recipes and products for companies like Ajinomoto, Driscoll’s Berries, and Sara Lee. She has written two cookbooks, The Essential Dehydrator and The Complete Soda-Making Cookbook. Chef Jill earned her bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Northwestern University and an associate’s in culinary from Kendall College. In May of 2021, she became a Certified Research Chef through the Research Chefs Association.
Tatiana Dupin is a Senior Food Scientist and Engineer with more than a decade of creating snacks. She has worked withchips, cookies and bars, creating healthier versions of beloved snacks. Prior to joining ofi, she was with Mondelez. Tatiana holds both a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in Food Science from Rutgers University.
