About the presenters

Bill Aslanides, Chief Flavor Chemist, has helped companies grow through the development of consumer-preferred flavors for their products for over 25 years. Specializing in beverage emulsions and flavors for the alcohol industry, Bill is the creative force behind hundreds of successful products that you know and love. He’s passionate about helping to demystify flavor for entrepreneurs and has trained others extensively on the art and science of flavor. He’s a certified member of the Society of Flavor Chemists and holds a M.S. Food Science from the University of Illinois and a B.S. in Biology from Beloit College.
