Miles Schaefer is a Sales Consultant at Sysco. Miles joined the Sysco Chicago team in February of 2024 as a sales consultant. Prior to sales, he trained as a chef for over 2 decades in premiere restaurants including Blackbird and Sepia in Chicago, Rich Table in San Francisco and WD-50 in New York. “I’ve always been drawn to food… it’s energy, it’s beauty, it’s history. I’ve learned so much about life from cooking. Paying attention and giving care to the small things often add up to something amazing… Everything matters!” When he isn’t daydreaming about food, he enjoys exploring the city with his girlfriend and adorable puppy Samosa.
Meghan Burley is a Strategic Partner Account Advisor at Grubhub who works directly with our restaurant partners to ensure they take the right steps to succeed on Grubhub. Meghan has been with Grubhub for almost 3 years and has worked with restaurants in the Chicago area for most of her time. Meghan recently helped launch a Key City initiative here in Chicago where she works client facing, visiting and working closely with restaurant owners in the metro area. With her experience, Meghan is an expert in diner marketing and menu optimization.
Kendel Malcolm is the Manager in Restaurant Success at Grubhub for all Chicago and central-facing Account Advisors. Kendel has been with Grubhub for almost 4 years and has spent her time working with restaurant partners across the country to help them maximize profit on Grubhub and develop her Account Advisors to do the same. Recently, Kendel helped launch a new Key City initiative which has helped market share and growth on Grubhub here in Grubhub. Kendel has worked in the restaurant industry since she was 14 years old, with her family owning restaurants as well, so she is dedicated to helping guide owners in the business to be as successful as possible.
