Elysabeth Alfano is the Founder of Plant Powered Consulting. Connected to almost everyone in the Who’s Who of the Plant-based World, Elysabeth enjoys helping small, medium and large businesses succeed by consulting on and executing business development, marketing/branding and PR strategies. As one of the foremost plant-based business experts in North America, Elysabeth speaks globally on the latest plant-based business and investment developments, analysis, and trends around the world and on major media outlets. 

 

About the panelists: 

Jeremy Jones is the Co-founder and CVO of un·cooked. Jeremy leverages his 10+ years of experience in health and wellness along with his deep passion for conscious business to oversee the vision and growth of un·cooked. Jeremy leads strategy and business development and is the driving force behind our purpose. In addition, he’s acting general manager for un·cooked. 

 

Christopher Warsow is the Corporate Executive Chef, Sr Director of Flavor Applications at Bell Flavors & Fragrances where he operates a state-of-the-art Culinary Center that is an incubator for culinary driven product development. Warsow leads a highly trained team, comprised of chefs, flavorists, and beverage and food scientists with various concentrations and expertise. Additionally, he is a Contributing Editor of Food Product Design magazine and has contributed to articles on flavor technology and trends for Culinology Magazine, Food Business News and Supply Side. 

 

 

 

Zach Gall is a Global Strategic Marketing Manager – Plant Based Proteins at Ingredion. Since 2017, Zach has been working on the plant-based proteins team with Ingredion’s strategic investments in the alternative protein space. Focusing on meat and alternative meat applications as well as the foodservice channel.  

 

 

Stuart Beck is the Chief marketing Office at Go Raw. With almost 20 years of experience in marketing and analytics, he plays a pivotal role as a leader in brand and innovation strategy. Go Raw’s mission is to help you eat better, feel good and be your best self- with the world’s tastiest sprouted seed snacks.
