About the Presenter:
Le’Spencer Walker is the Director of Merchandizing Vendor Development at Target. Connectivity, collaboration and purpose are the root reasons that drive Le’Spencer. With an Industrial and Systems Engineering background Le’Spencer leads the Merchandizing Vendor Development team to engage, onboard and develop businesses and vendor partners for Target. Through Target’s REACH program Le’Spencer focuses on building a community that drives equity and growth for all businesses, especially black owned businesses.
