The Ladder is Chicago Innovation’s mentoring program for Black and Latine innovators, created in partnership with i.c.stars. Since its launch, more than 400 people have participated in the program, gaining access to mentorship, professional development, and opportunities to grow as entrepreneurs and professionals at every rung of the ladder.
