Sarah works with emerging brands, established family-owned businesses, and private equity-backed ventures. She helps clients manage federal and state tax compliance by actively communicating necessary information and deadlines with management. Her focus is on mitigating tax liability by identifying opportunities such as research and development credits, reviewing accounting methods, expediting expenses, and other tax incentives. Sarah has a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has been a licensed CPA since 2012.

is a licensed CPA and Tax Senior Manager at Plante Moran. Kayla has more than eight years of experience in mid-market public accounting, working with clients in the real estate, manufacturing & distribution, and private equity industries. Kayla helps her clients work through the various federal and state tax deadlines and keeps her clients up to date on changes to tax legislation. She also helps her clients identify and implement tax planning opportunities in order to lower their tax liability.
