You’ll learn how to align your brand story, audience insights, and business goals into a cohesive go-to-market strategy. Whether you’re just starting out or preparing to scale, this session delivers the strategic foundation every brand needs to succeed.

About the Speakers: 

Kelly Hernandez is a digital experience expert, with nearly 15 years of experience in user-first, omnichannel digital storytelling, Kelly has built, scaled, and led teams and strategic creative direction across multiple sectors–publishing, lifestyle brand, nonprofit, and higher education. Her education and expertise range from user-first digital communications and storytelling, conversion-focused website and UX design, omnichannel brand marketing campaigns and new product launches, and short and long-form videos. Her multi-disciplinary capability has allowed her to deepen and optimize brand experiences across the customer funnel and via multi-channel touchpoints. With an intent to focus on discovering and building the authenticity of a brand, Kelly seeks to use the power of storytelling and collaboration to build insightful, effective, and market-differentiated brand experiences that return on business objectives.  

Shira Glickman, Chief Brainiac, Encompass– began her career in NYC, starting agency-side at Mediacom in media planning, campaign analytics and consumer insights, followed by publisher-side at A+E Networks, managing all primary research studies, including quantitative and neuromarketing. Since 2015, she has worked as an independent consultant across industries, becoming a truly fluid strategic researcher in qualitative, quantitative and ethnographic research. Shira has touched on virtually ever industry vertical, from automotive to pharma to retail to CPG. Her mission has been to become versed in as many research methods as possible in order to find the best solution to solve a business problem or question. She enjoys the flexibility and variety that allows her to blend her analytical and creative sides while getting to meet and learn from so many people along the way.  

Alexandra Gantier-Horchart-With a JD and MPA, she specializes in multicultural PR strategy, marketing, and advocacy for international nonprofit organizations. As the founder of AGH Public Relations in 2020, she has worked with both public and private sector clients, offering strategic guidance that elevates their message and impact. As an entrepreneur, she helps others communicate and promote their new ventures with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Her initiatives have contributed to events welcoming over 50,000 attendees, including North America’s largest vegan festival. A Women in Leadership advocate with more than 15 years of experience, she co-founded The Poderosas, a nonprofit organization that empowers Hispanic women to step into leadership roles and drive change across multicultural communities in the United States. Trilingual in English, Spanish, and French, she brings a global mindset to every project and champions cultural and gender inclusion across both corporate and entrepreneurial spaces. Most recently, she launched Empowering Women Global Leaders, an initiative designed to connect women from all backgrounds through high-level international leadership retreats
