Alex Horton is The Hatchery’s Marketing & Communications Associate.
After graduating from Boston College, Alex started her career at FSG, a social impact consulting firm that helps corporations and foundations address society’s toughest challenges. In her role as FSG’s Communications Manager, Alex helped develop and execute the firm’s content marketing strategy, giving her the opportunity to learn about all the complex problems our global community faces today—from income inequality to public health to climate change—and create solution-oriented content for an audience of changemakers making progress on these issues.
She loves distilling big concepts into sharp, compelling messages—especially when those concepts are about food! She is happiest when eating food, reading about food, or writing about food, and she sometimes does all these things at once.
