About the Presenters: 

Lawrence Smith, MAcc is a Business Consultant Superior with the Business Affairs and Consumer Protection Department with the City of Chicago.

 

 

 


Dani Zuchovicki
is The Hatchery’s Membership and Community Manager. With a Culinary and Applied Food Studies degree from The Culinary Institute of America, Dani worked alongside James Beard Award-winning chefs, learning the ins and outs of the restaurant space.
