As Global Procurement Sr. Director and Market Supply Officer for NAN, Jennifer Tsai is fully responsible for Global Procurement’s total delivery to the nutrition business’s transformational agenda. Since taking on the role in 2014, Jennifer has mobilized the function to exceptional delivery: leading the sourcing enablement of Quaker’s Renovation journey, overseeing the flawless integration of KeVita’s on-trend raw materials into PEP’s portfolio, and delivering significant productivity and cash flow to support the business’s P&L.
As she celebrates over 13 years with the PepsiCo family, Jennifer’s experience spans numerous business units, as well as every PepsiCo Sector. Most recently, she was responsible for the global sourcing strategy for both Point of Sale and Insights, leading a highly-matrixed team across 15+ countries to deliver top-tier results in both top and bottom line growth.
Although she has been with PepsiCo the majority of her career, Jennifer has also worked for Wrigley/Mars Inc. in several critical procurement roles. She holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University. Outside of work, she spends her time with her husband and 19-month old daughter as well as reading and practicing yoga.
