About the Presenter:
Julia Tyrpin is the Senior Sensory Manager at Griffith Foods, where she has been part of the Sensory Science team for the past 10 years. She has over 30 years of food industry experience in Quality Assurance, Product Development, and the past 16 years focused in Sensory Science & Consumer Insights. Previous experience includes work for the Wrigley Company, Diageo and Product Dynamics, a provider of consumer & sensory testing. She is an IFT Certified Food Scientist, completed the UC Davis Certificate in Sensory and Consumer Science and holds a BS in Food Science from the University of Illinois. She is a member of IFT and the Society of Sensory Professionals.
