About the Panelists: 

Natalie Shmulik is The Hatchery’s Chief Strategy and Incubation Officer and go-to resource for launching a successful food and beverage business. With an M.L.A. in Gastronomy from Boston University, Natalie has years of innovative experience working with supermarkets, culinary publications, consumer packaged goods companies, and food service establishments. She continues to play a valuable role in branding and marketing for food businesses around the country, with her specialty in trend forecasting

 

Shelley Gupta is the co-founder of BāKIT Box, a specialty baking kit company that provides classic and culturally diverse recipes and ingredients for a unique at-home baking experience. A graduate of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, she is an experienced executive and entrepreneur specializing in consumer-packaged goods. She also leads Chicago-based non-profit Guitars Over Guns RISE as President. Born in Toronto as a first-generation Indian immigrant, today Gupta and BāKIT Box are based in Chicago. 

 

Lynn Dornblaser is the Director of Innovation & Insight at Mintel. With more than 30 years of experience, she applies her unique perspective on the market and new product development to tailored client research. Prior to joining Mintel, Dornblaser covered new product trends at several trade magazine publishing companies, as editor and editorial director of publication New Product News. She has been quoted by major US news organizations, including The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, The New York Times, and CNN.  

 

 

Natalie Greaves is the founder of Greaves Communications Strategy. Natalie specializes in public relations strategy, media outreach, social media consulting, and editorial writing, Natalie enjoys working with clients to communicate the value and purpose in their work.  She created her company Greaves Communication Strategies in 2017 out of a desire to make marketing more accessible to entrepreneurs and organizations who find the process intimidating.
