One of the most critical steps in building a business is choosing a name and brand. Join Cheryl Balough of Balough Law Offices to learn about choosing a name for your new business that will provide flexibility for your branding, comply with legal constraints, and help set you up for success. This class will cover the intersection between a business name and trademarks, logos, assumed names (also known as DBAs), domain names, and cybersquatting.
