About the Presenter:
Max Goodman is a partner with the Chicago-based law firm, SmithAmundsen. He is Chair of the Fitness and Wellness practice group and a member of the Commercial Litigation and Hospitality practice groups. As a litigator and trial attorney, Max frequently advises businesses regarding preventative litigation practices, risk assessment, and litigation strategy.
