Elizabeth Stein began her journey in the food and beverage space by utilizing Instagram as a platform to post about her holistic recipes and healthy eating. While attending a retreat for Integrative Nutrition, she imagined started a natural foods company and quickly became the founder of the number one selling natural granola company in the world. Beginning a career in marketing, her true passion became health and wellness leading to Purely Elizabeth.
