As the RXBAR Engagement Lead for the Kellogg Company, Glenn Pappalardo is responsible for managing all facets of the interaction between Kellogg and RXBAR. In this role, Glenn works directly with Peter and the entire RXBAR organization to establish communication streams and ways of working with Kellogg that ensure the unique culture and approach that has powered RXBAR’s amazing performance are fully supported and enabled. To deliver on these objectives, Glenn leverages his 6 years of experience at Kellogg, both with the Corporate Development & Strategy teams and on the leadership team at Kashi Company, where he focused on international expansion, as well as his 12 years in management consulting prior to joining Kellogg.
As CEO and co-founder of RXBAR, Peter Rahal (31) is responsible for aligning the company’s progressive vision, culture and strategy to build a disruptive and empowering food company. In 2013, Peter and his co-founder Jared Smith, saw an opportunity to bring a clean protein bar to CrossFit athletes.
