Do you know your customer? What problem is your offering solving for them? Why would they purchase from you and not from your competitors? A guided workshop will help you master your Value Proposition through better understanding of your customer, competitive and market environments, and design an offering that your customers actually want to buy. The workshop will also cover market research techniques on a shoestring, which will help you not only with the initial Value Proposition development, but also will inform further improvements and pivots to make your offering successful in both short- and long-run.
