At this Lab, EY invites you to get an inside look at The Hatchery, the city’s new non-profit, state-of-the-art incubator and peek at some of the ingredients that are changing the future with Ingredion, a global ingredient solutions provider. Learn more about how local innovators are changing the industry, discover the science behind the ingredients in the foods we love (and those we have yet to discover), and taste some of the latest plant-based ingredients yourself in a demo led by Ingredion’s Idea Labs Culinology team. Leave inspired, surprised, and more knowledgeable about the future of food and Chicago’s role in it.
